Bob Joslin and I visited BFPE International in Wilmington, NC, yesterday. It was a full day of product portfolio overview with a deep dive into the Fiplex by Honeywell 700/800 BDA and companion BBU. Both were powered up, and the team performed full commissioning. The new All-in-One Solution was also reviewed. Similarities to the separate components guarantee an easy transition from one to the other. The differences make the All-in-One a new must-have product in the BDA market.Wilmington has much going for it, so I'll highlight only two fun facts. 1. Wilmington has the largest TV and movie studio outside of CA. As an example, ironically, 'Florida Man' was filmed there.2. Wilmington is the eastern termination of I-40, the US's 3rd longest transcontinental interstate highway. Did you know that there was serious consideration to use nuclear bombs to excavate parts of CA for the highway?

The border of the Revell Batholith and the Raliegh lake green belt looking North. Travelling the area of a proposed considered possible site for many years has its enjoyious ventures and continue to be a big part of our life away from all, taking time to connect with mother earths amazing wonders, also taking time to visite to the top of a blast area destine for aggregate kilometers away, theres not much as to movement here because the terrain and just wondering around the secluded area might just create yourself a situation with no help, as you could see for miles with a view that could take your breath, if there is a chance for Canadas safe plan this might just be it safely away from interactions, this picture is about the extent of excitement here just outside my property. The area has a foot print to support safely and a willing host direct nieghbor ready for change next to the borehole withdrawn area, Support NWMO in there decision of best practises for storage of spent fuel in 2024. Its time to take the future to the next level on merit and robust work of the nuclear industries, partners, shareholders and stakeholders.

Congratulations to James Rugg, President of our US Nuclear business at AtkinsRéalis, for being recognized as one of only 7 leaders across the US by the National Safety Council who go the extra mile to protect employees, both on and off the job.Health and safety comes before all else across our company at AtkinsRéalis. Nothing- not schedule, time, or quality performance- matters if our people aren’t going home the same way or better than they came to work, and confident that they’ll have the same experience the next day. And in fact, wellbeing- of both mind and body- is a tremendous driver of business success. In an ideas-driven engineering services business like ours, people are empowered to do their best work when they feel both happy and secure where they work. Due to the nature of our work, the nuclear industry has evolved into the gold standard for industrial safety. Whether it’s using robotics like Spot the dog to reduce human intervention in certain high-risk activities, or rigorous procedures and an unwavering safety-first culture in activities that do require the presence of workers, we are committed to doing business the right away, all the time, and no matter what. At the outsets I plan to review this important Testimony (& selected References - as time permits!) related to the FIRST TOTALLY NEW Nuclear Power Plants in the U.S. after a GAP of nearly 3 Decades!Above reminds me of my 10+ years of Expert Testimony/Witness/Rigorous Cross Examinations/Resonable Personal success based on input received from my Clients/Corporate Law Firms & to some extent the ALJ's Court Decisions across various Jurisdictions! ( As I seems to recall, the last time I was on the hot Witness stand was in 1991/92!)May I ask a QUESTION!I would like to review - Quoting "....between 2007 and 2010--30 nuclear projects were in design or construction.By 2017 every one of them was halted except for Plant Vogtle."Either a LIST of above 30 Projects OR LINK ? Email: r_budwani@ yahoo.com (as needed!. Thanks)Btw: I have seen the Statewide locations of above on a U.S. Map.P.S: As I recall during the Peak of the "PRUDENCE" Investigations "Tens of Billion Dollars" were Judged as "IMPRUDENT" and Disallowed by the ALJ's in various Court Jurisdictions across the U.S.!- Seems I provided multi-faceted support related to the Vogtle 1 & 2.#DATABASE(1970-2023)

THIS IS WHY YOU MAKE THE CARRIER PLAY THEIR CARDS FIRST!Me: <Load details>Carrier: What is your rate?Me: You are the one wanting to go from WV to GA, not me, so you need to know what you are willing to do it for. If you are fair with me, we'll negotiate, if not, I will thank you for your time.Carrier: How about $1300?Me: <hesitation and making some sounds while I am smiling> Sure, I won't even negotiate with you, you were fair with me <still smiling>.Run this lane rate - Reefer 25082 to 31533 - I NEVER pay more than $1800, max $2000 on a VERY RARE occasion. If I would have said $1800 FIRST, I would have given away $500 of profit unnecessarily. If you call me, I will NEVER give you a rate first, ever! Someone test me, you will have a better chance of getting the nuclear launch codes. No one can be mad or hateful because the carrier got EXACTLY what they asked for.
