This motel is basic, cheap accommodation. It provides those visiting Los Vegas on a budget an affordable place to stay, but which is still within reach of the casinos and other attractions of the city.

The staff are professional, polite, welcoming and friendly. They make sure that their guests feel at home and go out of their way to help or provide advice when needed. Motel employees get on with their work in an unobtrusive way.

The rooms are spacious and kept very clean. Rooms feature large flat screen televisions and the complimentary Wi-Fi works very well. Larger rooms offer other amenities such as separate kitchens and eating areas. Considering the low price of this motel, the rooms and amenities within them offer good value for money.

The location of the hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of more central accommodation. However, some felt the area was a little run down and a little seedy, which can lead to impression that the area is less than safe, particularly if walking alone in the area after dark.

The rooms while generally clean are a little worn and tired. Bathroom fixtures and fittings are old and while they work, would look fresher if replaced. Some found that the smell of smoke from previous occupants lingered in rooms.

The motel isn't in the heart of the city where many other accommodation is located. Those wanting to stay in a motel that's a quick walk from the major attractions may find that it takes a little longer than anticipated to walk from downtown to the motel. Those using their cars to get around however, find that there is ample parking spaces available.
