I was so grateful for the courteous friendly staff. So grateful for the walk-in service. I was going on a trip and had to have a covid test that day. The staff was wonderful. Absolutely wonderful. Have recommended Riverside already. Thank you for being great

I didn’t see on the website noting blood work isn’t done at every location. Traveling between locations during rush hour wasn’t fun. Blood work should be done at every location during opening hours. It was very inconvenient getting to another location in time.

I tested negative for covid 1/6 really unhappy that I had to wait in the waiting room with people that were extremely sick. Why can't they do a drive through covid test and people wait in their cars for the results. If I didn't have covid B4 I got there I felt I would surely end up with it being around those very sickly people in the waiting room.Disaster waiting to happen. A drive up test and wait in car would improve the clinic

De needed a Covid test for a trip with results within 72 hours. We got the appointment, were assured we would have results in time and got them the following day. The staff was super nice, waiting time négligeable. Very impressed!

We went on a Tuesday evening for an X-ray of my sons foot. We were seen very quickly and the staff could not have been nicer. The dr (Dr Martin) spent a long time with my son and answered all his questions. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

I booked my appointment for a pre-employment drug screen a day in advance, arrived 15 minutes early and still had to wait almost an hour just to pee in a cup and sign a few forms. I understand that some patients with legitimate health concerns had to be seen immediately but it also forced me to sit in a waiting room for a prolonged period with people who may have been Covid positive. I do appreciate that everyone was masked but that was my main concern.

I checked in cause I had a knot on my left lower leg and wanted to check for insect bite or blood clot and dr recommended me to go to hospital so I did and blood work and other tests was done for clotting and all came back negative…I feel truly relieved that it wasn’t neither…

Scheduled my six year old an appointment for 2:30pm. Arrived at 2:15pm. Waited in waiting room until 3:25pm, while taking walk ins prior to our scheduled appointment.

Had very difficult throat soreness issue causing extreme pain. Could not put off treatment until next day. Visited Optum in Wall Twp. Wait in lobby was short. Staff was very attentive. Was scripted with meds which continue to address the issue now as confirmed with my GP the next day. So grateful for the help as pain was excruciating. Now continuing recovery.

The facility was very clean. The staff was very helpful and nice. I would go there again. The facility is 5 mins. Away from where I live. :)
